Dear Lord be glorified, be glorified, Dear Lord be glorified, be glorified. These are the lyrics of a song that I really like. Although glorified could be interchanged with magnified, ... Interestingly enough, one of the prayers we as believers pray is that - Lord, in my life, let Your name be glorified. Hmm. In John 15v8, Jesus tells His disciples a secret to one of the ways in which the Father is glorified. That is:
"Herein is My Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be My disciples."
And we see from John 15v5 the secret to how we bear much fruit. That is:
"I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in Me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without Me ye can do nothing."
Are you abiding in Him?
